Off to Corsica in May!

Isn't it nice to have friends as Daniël, who invited another friend and myself to make a sailing trip with his boat from Cannes to the island of Corsica -and back- in May? Look forward to it!
Beware of the above picture: Daniël was not drunk, but standing well upright, while the boat was tilting over during a trip along the coast of Southern Portugal last year... that was the real situation in this picture.

60 years = Italy!

Early sept 2008 = family anniversary reunion in Tuscany (Loro Ciuffenna).

Planned trip to NW of the US

I booked a trip to the NW of the US: Oregon & Washington.
Arrival in Portland Feb. 5 and then further on with a rented car to Newport, Coos Bay, Klamath Falls, Crater Lake, Bend, Mount Hood, Mount St. Helens, Mount Rainier, Seattle, Port Angeles and back to Portland.
Hope to see lots of snow, but wonder about winter road conditions... will see!

Bezoek Toon & co

Afgelopen week zijn Toon & co op bezoek geweest bij ons in België om dan door te reizen naar Eurodisney. Plannen werden ook gemaakt om met z'n allen een weekje in Toscanië door te brengen in een huurhuis, als basis voor uitstapjes. Begin september 2008 werd verkozen als periode.
